Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Visions & Minds Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or upon completion of service.

Pricing is based on the scope of work discussed during consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space.

2. Preparation Requirements

Clients must ensure all areas are cleared prior to service.

All personal items, valuables, and fragile belongings must be removed before the start of the project.

We are not responsible for items left in the workspace.

3. Scope of Service

Our services focus on organization, protection, and light setup.

We do not provide:

  • deep cleaning (unless added as a service)

  • plumbing or electrical work

  • major repairs

Additional services may be quoted separately.

4. Project Timeframes

Project timelines may vary based on the size and condition of the space.

Delays caused by access issues, incomplete preparation, or changes in scope may result in additional fees.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once a project has begun or has been completed.

6. Changes & Add-Ons

Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope will be treated as add-ons and may incur additional charges.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your space, Visions & Minds Solutions is not liable for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • normal wear and tear

  • items not properly secured prior to service

  • 8. Media Release

We may take before-and-after photos for business and marketing purposes.

No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside of the agreed scope.
